Terms & RETURNS POLICY

Product items in the shop section are described as accurately as possible. If you have any questions, queries or problems, then do not hesitate to get in touch at info@acitybythesea.co.uk

Prints can be refunded or replaced in the unlikely event of postal damage. In this instance, please provide a quick photograph so it can be rectified and avoided in future. 

Clothing items can only be refunded and replaced if the product is safely returned within 14 days of receiving the item. A replacement will be sent out if there is further stock available (i.e. if initial garment does not fit). If there is no size available, a refund can be given on return of initial garment.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Items ordered as Christmas gifts can be returned and refunded up until Wednesday January 31st 2024.
